We are thrilled to announce the launch of the inaugural Open Online Creative Write Fest Competition! At our website - Art of word, we believe in the power of storytelling and the boundless creativity that lies within each of us. That's why we're inviting you to join us in celebrating the art of writing in a virtual space where there are no boundaries to your imagination.

Competition Details:

• What: The Open Online Creative Write Fest Competition is a platform for writers of all levels to showcase their talent and creativity.
• When: 1 March, 2024 - The competition will take place over 8 March, 2024, giving you ample time to craft your masterpiece.
• Where: Online - Participate from anywhere in the world! Whether you're in the heart of a bustling city or nestled in the tranquility of nature, your voice can be heard.
• Theme: Freedom of Thoughts: No Boundary. This theme encourages participants to explore the limitless possibilities of their imagination. Let your mind roam free and express yourself without constraint.
• Word limit: There is not a maximum limit set, but the minimum limit is 500 words. ( exemption can be made. Mail us at: learnpassio@gmail.com)
• Language: English (Nepali has been added, as per the requests, change made on 2/21/2024)

• Cash Prize Eligibility: Participants from Nepal Only. Cash prizes will be provided via Esewa.
• International Participants: While we regret that we are unable to offer cash prizes for international applicants, all participants, regardless of location, will have the opportunity to win a certificate and showcase their talent.

How to participate in Open Online Creative write fest competition?

Please follow the steps given:

Paying Registration Fee: Don't worry, it is not mandatory. The registration fee is NPR 22. Seventy percent of the total amount will be used for making a donation to the orphanage, and the rest of the money will be kept as savings for the next program. You may donate more than NPR 22. Don't worry about transparency. Everything will be made public after the program. If you made a payment, please send us the screenshot or the PDF to our Gmail: passiolearn@gmail.com. You will find the eSewa number tomorrow.

Fill up the Google Form: The Google form will be made public on February 20th. There will be two sections: one with general questions and the second about uploading your creative writing. Please provide your original article without the help of any AI. You must upload a cover photo according to your article. If you find this difficult, don't worry, just type your title on any background and upload it. This will be a quite easy task to do. We will upload the video on how to fill out the form as well.

Third step: Congratulations! There is no third step. Your creative writing will be uploaded on our website on March 1st. Now, you need to drive people by sharing your post from our website. Share on Facebook, Instagram, and wherever your account is. The more views and comments on your post will be evaluated by our team to decide the winner along with the evaluation of our expert judges. Check out your post on March 1st.

Assessment Process:

50% from the views and comments: Wondering why views and comments? Every writer needs readers. Public decisions will be taken into consideration when reviewing how much they like it. 1 comment will be counted as 4 points, and 1 view will be counted as 1 point. A single comment from a single Google ID will only be counted.

50% from the judges: An esteemed panel will assess entries based on creativity, coherence, adherence to the theme, and writing quality. They'll offer constructive feedback and impartially rank submissions. Judges' decision is final, ensuring fairness and transparency. Their names will be disclosed, promoting credibility.

Rules and Regulations:

• Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. All submissions must be the original work of the participant.
• Submissions must adhere to the designated word count. Minimum limit : 600 words. No maximum limit.
• Offensive or inappropriate language and content will result in disqualification.
• Participants must provide accurate and truthful information in the registration process.
• Only one entry per participant is allowed.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the rules or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in the contest, participants grant permission for their work to be published on the organizer's website or associated platforms, with appropriate credit given to the author.
• Participants must agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined by the organizers.
